Child Support Survival Services: Public Reviews

Has anyone used Child Support Survival Services (https://childsupporthelp.org) for help with their child support problems, in particular help with getting a release of driver’s license, modification of child support, lump sum settlements or compromise of arrears? I am father who is having a lot of problems with the California Department of Child Support Services and need help. I would like to get any feedback from other individuals on their experience with this organization. Please post your honest opinions and experience here for others to be able to read as well.
